Short version, in plain language.
If you join the waitlist, we collect one thing: your email address. We use it for one purpose: to send you the first chapter of Return to Soil when it is ready, plus the publication date and the pre-order window before anyone else.
We send roughly one email a month. You can unsubscribe with a single click on any email we send. We do not sell, rent, share, or hand your email to anyone — not to advertisers, not to publishers, not to Farmizen's marketing list, not to anyone. The waitlist exists for the book and only for the book.
The email and a timestamp live in a Supabase database we control. Transactional email is sent through Resend. No third-party trackers, no advertising pixels, no analytics that follow you off this site.
If you ever want your record removed, write to shameek@returntosoil.in and we will delete it within seven days. If you have a question about this policy, write to the same address.
